McGill is a skilled family law practitioner, having concentrated exclusively in the family law area for twenty years. During her law school education at Wake Forest University, Ms. McGill was a semi-finalist in Trial Court competition and also received honor in Moot Court Competition. She was Vice-President of Student Bar Association at Wake Forest Law School; Articles Editor of The Jurist Law Magazine and wrote for the student newspaper.She is a Certified Family Law Mediator through the Private Adjudication Center at Duke University; Certified Superior Court Mediator through the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts; and is trained as a Collaborative Family Law Attorney.A practiced litigator, Kristin M. Hampson has focused her legal education and experience in the field of family law litigation. At Campbell University School of Law, Ms. Hampson was honored by the faculty, receiving the Book Award for both District Court Practice and Family Law Planning. Ms. Hampson was also awarded with Top Twenty Recognition in the Intramural Moot Court Competition and was a quarterfinalist in the American Bar Association-Law Student Division, Client Counseling Competition.
